This collection consists of four folders containing copies of political and sports cartoons by Jack Knox published from 1932 to 1936.

Collection Historical Note

Jack Knox began his career as a cartoonist in Nashville in 1933 and continued work for various newspapers in Tennessee. His cartoons, however, were reprinted throughout the United States, primarily in the South.
