Original caption reads: "TVA Nusery at Muscle Shoals, Ala.--Laborers at work in the Tennessee Valley Authority's forest tree nursery at Muscle Shoals, Ala. Pine, locust, and some cypress trees are grown here for use by foresters and CCC workers in soil erosion control and reforestation programs. Approximately, 10,000,000 seedlings are produced annually on this 100-acre section, about half of which is under cultivation each year."
