Gerard concerning the manuscript of The Chardon Plan; clippings and other materials pertaining to the book; materials concerning Fairbank's business in Puerto Rico; a speech by Leona Gerard about Interior Secreatry Harold Ickes; an unpublished essay by Leona Gerard, "Mission to Puerto Rico -- 1937"; and a typescript of Fairbank's The Chardon Plan with Leona Gerard's handwritten notes.
