Frederick Storm Papers, 1933-1972 | Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library & Museum
This collection is comprised of Storm's wartime diary written from April 1942 until August of 1943, correspondence with his wife, and newspaper clippings of articles written by Storm.
Frederick Storm was a personal friend of the Roosevelt family and frequent guest at Hyde Park. He was the chief White House correspondent and the President of the National Press Club. During World War II Storm left the press to serve in the Navy, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
