Description:
Original caption reads: "When children are shown how to mix and make their own colors, Art becomes a truly engrossing study to them. While learning the art of mixing colors, these lads are developing a sensitivity to color which will indubitably be reflected in their future work. The class is held at Neighborhood House, Washington, DC, under the direction of the Federal Art Project. The Federal Art Project is administered by Ellen S.
