This collection is divided in to three series:
A correspondence file relating to subjects on legislative business, election campaigns, speaking invitations and other political subjects. This series consists of three subseries: General Subject Files, Legislative Files, and Name Files. Thereafter, the material is arranged alphabetically.
A pamplet file containing assorted pamphlets regarding politics and related to FDR’s election and participation in the New York State Senate. This series consists of two subseries: Pamphlets – General, and Pamphlets – Legislative. Within the subseries, the pamplets are arranged alphabetically by subject.
A Clippings and Scrapbook File: Contains a large amount of mounted and un-mounted clippings pertaining to FDR’s involvement in the New York State Senate, and two scrapbooks.
