Original caption reads: "High School Victory Corps.  In peacetime at this woodworking shop at Washington High School, Los Angeles, California, students learned cabinet-making, or made wood patterns to be used in making metal objects.  Since Pearl Harbor, as in high schools all over the country, they are constructing scale model planes to Navy specifications, to be used in training military and civilian personnel to be familiar with all types of planes."
