FDR lunched with the Commandant of the Fourteenth Naval District at Pearl Harbor Navy Yard.

FDR toured the Navy Yard as well as Ford Island.

The Party left Pearl Harbor and proceeded to Moana Park and dedicated the Roosevelt Portal.

FDR gave a dinner at the hotel to the Gov. Poindexter and Mrs. Poindexter, Maj. Gen. and Mrs. Wells, Adm. Yarnell and Mrs. Yarnell, Mr. and Mrs. Will Rogers, and Mr. and Mrs. Atherton.

Note: Following the dinner the party proceeded to the Federal Building and viewed the lantern parade staged by orientals of Hawaii in honor of the President.
