The party assembled in the conference room of the Citadel where Prime Min. Winston S. Churchill demonstrated some of the harbor models - ships and equipment used to form artifical harbors for the invasion of France - that he had brought with him from London. After the demonstration he presented the models to FDR for eventual display at the FDR Library at Hyde Park, NY.
